Vex Robotics

During high school at The Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology (GSMST), I participated in Vex Robotics for all four years that I attended school. Robotics for us was an after school program that typically chewed up 6 hours at minimum of time but it was time that I truly enjoyed using. It was during these four years that I was able to really learn how things work mechanically with a mechatronics approach. I was able to learn gearing, lift mechanisms, creative design, wiring, programming and so much more. Throughout those four seasons, my team was able to go to the state championship twice and the World championship twice! We went to dozens of tournaments, won several trophies and put in countless amounts of hours perfecting our bots. Below are some of the pictures of the bots I have built throughout the years along with some other awesome pictures.
